Twists and turns in the case of Vybz Kartel: soon free?

Vybz Kartel

What commotion in 2015! While Vybz Kartel is currently behind bars for murder, a few twists come to question the proper conduct of the trial as a result of which he was convicted last year.
Indeed, a trial is currently underway to judge one of the members of the jury of the Kartel trial. Livingston Cain, it is his name, allegedly tried to bribe other jurors, including the President, to return a "not guilty" verdict. Some evidence of this new trial showed that two members of the jury that sentenced the World Boss should not have to be part.

Firstly Dennis Brown (this is not a joke) would work for the Jamaica Defence Force (the Jamaican army) and Miss McCleod would be the wife of a police officer who worked at the Court during the trial Kartel. Off, under Jamaican law, officers, promoted or not, as well as members of the military do not have the right to be part of a jury.

Another disturbing fact demonstrated during the trial of the corrupted juror: the latter allegedly claimed that Kartel Board members have decided to meet after the trial for a "celebration of end of trial". A feast that they would have planned during the short two hours of deliberation. What would prove that the judgment was rendered in a hurry.

These facts revealed during the trial of Livingston Cain tend to think that Kartel case would have been ill judged and that his trial could be cancelled. A new trial would be so conducted, but we are not yet there for the moment.
Case to follow.
